KHALIL Safety Consultant Sdn Bhd (KSC) in collaboration with CGE Risk Management Solutions from The Netherlands (formerly known as Governors), will be organising a 1 day conference followed by a 3 days workshop specifically to share the implementation of Hazard Effect Management Process (HEMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) using the Bowtie Risk Assessment tools and Incident Investigation using the Tripod Beta analysis tools to the Safety Practitioners in this region.

The local (safety) users / experts from this region will be benefitted from the updates on the latest version of the various safety tools and its application such as BowTieXP Audits, BowTieXP Incidents, BSCAT, etc.


The objective of this Regional Meeting is to support the local users and prospects in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, China, Korea etc. by offering a content driven program focused on:

    • common risk and incident analysis methodologies and software tools
    • practical use of these tools: BowTieXP, IncidentXP, AuditXP, Investigator 3, BlackBox
    • share best industry practices
    • current trends in this area of expertise

Experts from high risk industries, partners from Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia will participate in the Regional Meeting, to share the application of risk management & analysis, as well as incident analysis tools in their respective organisation/industry.

The target audience for this meeting includes (potential) end-users of risk assessment, incident management and other risk management software solutions, as well as managers responsible for HSE or operations; safety engineers, environmental coordinators, site managers, plant managers, risk managers, maintenance managers, integrity managers and security managers, from all industries.

The methodologies and related tools are well represented in oil & gas, petrochemical industry, mining, aviation, maritime industry, government/authorities, energy, finance and healthcare.
