Room 2Incident Analysis applying the Tripod Beta Incident Analysis and using the Investigator 3 software. Day 1: 08:45 – 17:00

• Understanding incident reporting – regulatory requirements

• On-site investigation strategy

• Tripod Beta theory and methodology

• Develop a Tripod tree manually (group hands-on)

Day 2: 08:45 – 17:00

• Group hands-on exercise – the Tripod Beta method

• Preparing incident reports

• Preparing and planning the interview

• Developing of storyboard and incident analysis in Tripods

• Recommendations

Day 3: 08:45 – 17:00

• Summarising the findings and providing conclusions

• Generating and customizing the investigation report

• Group presentation

Note:

  1. For participants attending both Barrier Based Risk Management Professionals Regional Meeting and 1 course, the fee will be a total of RM 2000.00.
  2. Each Participant will be given a 1 month trial version software as part of the hands-on exercise.
